Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Domain ("we," "us," or "our") through domain.biz and any related applications or tools. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing any course, session, or learning resource, or otherwise interacting with our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Domain.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services independently. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any person at our sole discretion, including where we believe an account has been created fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the platform, you are required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each account is for individual use only. You may not share your account with any other person or allow others to access the platform using your credentials unless explicitly authorized through a group or institutional arrangement established by us.

4. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these terms.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, under any circumstances:

Misuse the platform — use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, or to engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination against other users or instructors.

Reproduce or distribute content — copy, download, share, republish, sell, or otherwise distribute any course materials, recordings, assessments, or other proprietary content without prior written permission from us.

Circumvent access controls — attempt to access areas of the platform you are not authorized to access, bypass security measures, or reverse-engineer any portion of the platform's technology.

Interfere with platform integrity — upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code; engage in denial-of-service attacks; or attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.

Impersonate others — misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Scrape or harvest data — use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar methods to extract data from the platform without our explicit written authorization.

Resell or sublicense access — resell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any portion of the platform or its content without our express written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content available on the platform — including but not limited to course materials, video recordings, written guides, assessments, graphics, software, and platform design — is the property of Domain or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6.2 Your Content

If you submit, post, or upload any content to the platform — including discussion contributions, feedback, assignments, or communications — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, store, and display such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by us without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

7. Payments and Refunds

7.1 Fees

Certain services, courses, or sessions available on the platform require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase and are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes affecting active subscriptions or enrolments.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

7.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the specific conditions of the service or course purchased.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or tools. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.

Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that service's own terms and policies. We encourage you to review them before use.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all content and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components.

We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Domain, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Domain and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other users, or us.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall continue to apply.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

14. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any service or feature.

15. Governing Terms

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Domain regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and us relating to the subject matter herein.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.
